Our Trip to St. Maarten

In October we went to St. Maarten for a week with 13 of our close friends. It was our friend Matt's 30th birthday, as well as a couple of other b-days. But thanks to Matt and Heather we were all able to go on this unforgettable vacation together!! We did so much and had the best time of our lives!!

ENVISION HALF MARATHON

Well after 4+ months of training, I did my first HALF MARATHON!! It was one of the best feelings in the world knowing I trained and set a goal for myself and I accomplished it!! WOW I am pretty impressed with myself (and all my co-workers) because I could not have done it without their support. I am glad to say that it is over, but it leaves me wanting more. I have found a new love and passion---- RUNNING! I really think I will stick with it and one day in the next couple of years I want to do a full MARATHON. So here are some pics!

Wow it has been so long since my last post. Our computer crashed and thanks to a good friend it is up and running again!! We have had the best summer ever. We have been camping almost every other weekend this entire summer. In Aug it has been every weekend because Preston has been on the bow elk hunt. We have gone to tons of concerts- 311, George Straight, Toby Keith, and Brad Paisley and Dierks are coming in about a week- can't wait! I have been running and running and working out and running some more- my first half marthon is Sept 26th in Kanosh UT. Then we are leaving for a whole week to ST. MAARTEN on Oct.3d. It will be a much needed vacation for us. I posted some pics.. take a look!

Memorial Moab Trip 2009

We love Moab!

We had such a great time. It didn't even feel like we werein Utah, Moab is so close and so different and beautiful, we love it! The weather was pretty good, we would get our afternoon showers,thunder, and lightning storms but then it would clear up an hour later and be nice again. We did get caught in a bad dust storm, it was a bit scary but everyone was fine, except for the canopy :( We defintaly have to do Moab every year. The winery there was awesome, right on the Colorado River I will be back to that place.

We went on our first caming trip this year to Payson with our good friends Shanda and Jason and his parents. It was so nice the lake was close so we fished alot and just relaxed. We love camping it is the best!

MY FIRST HALF MARATHON!!

My work has decided that we are going to start training to run a half marathon in Sept, 09!!! I am so excited but nervous at the same time. It is a lot of hard work and dedication, I hope I can do it. Wish me luck!! This is what I want my body to look like by then- Ha Ha I know!! We also just bought a BowFlex and we love it. I love the feeling of waking up early and being able to just workout at home, and now that the weather is getting nice I can go jogging with Gunner in the mornings again. I LOVE SPRING!!!

Bryauna's 1st Birthday!

This last month has been so great, my sisters moved back from Arizona! Candice, Callie and her finace' Nathanial, and my little niece Bryauna!! It has just been so nice to have them back I didn't release how much I missed them. Bryauna is just the cutest thing in the world I love her to death!! They are currently living with my mom until they find jobs and so we have been over at my moms a couple times a week just hanging out. We celebrated her 1st birthday and here are some pics, she is so spoiled already!

Our spur of the moment trip to Lake Tahoe!!

We decided to go cheer for our friend Tyler Peterson in the Dew Tour in Lake Tahoe. It was a long drive but it was so nice to get away for the weekend. Especially to a cute little mountian town, those are my favorite.

Tyler ended up taking eight place, he did awesome! I hopefully got on TV holding up out bright green and orange posters cheering for Tyler.

Every year we like to go ice fishing at least once. Pres has been a couple of times but we went up for a couple of hours. I caught a big rainbow trout!

Pirate Murder Mystery Party

My boss threw a murder myster party. It was our first murder mystery party and it was a lot of fun. Everyone's costumes were amazing!

I was Dirty Wiggins,the gallows master and I had to announce to everyone the clues to who the murderer was. I had no idea I had to speak in front of the whole party in pirate toung, it was crazy but I did it!
